Training during the whole year takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays starting at 6PM and Saturdays starting at 8AM or at 9AM. Show up 15 min before!
Winter season, indoor training, is between 1st of October to end of March.
Around 1,5 hour of training.
Summer season, outside training, is between 1st of April to end of September.
Around 2-3 hours of training on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Around 4-6 hours training on Saturdays and Sunday(without leader):
We are divided into different speed groupes with a leader.
